Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Client:

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to admin@alexvoyage.com

Cancellation requests received:

More than 30 days before the service start date: Eligible for a full refund, minus administrative fees (10% of the booking amount).

15-30 days before the service start date: Eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

Less than 15 days before the service start date: No refund will be provided.

Cancellation by Alex Voyage:

In the rare event that Alex Voyage cancels a service due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a 100% refund of all payments made.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund:

Refunds are applicable only for cancellations or adjustments as per the conditions outlined in the cancellation policy.

Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered or if the client fails to attend scheduled appointments.

Processing Time:

Refund requests will be processed within 7-14 business days.

The refunded amount will be credited to the same payment method used during the booking.

Non-Refundable Charges:

Service charges, processing fees, and government taxes (GST) are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request to reschedule their bookings up to 7 days before the service start date, subject to availability.

Rescheduling fees may apply.

No-Show Policy

If a client does not attend a scheduled appointment or service without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
